I'm Mayssam (Sam) Naji, engineer, researcher, and founder. I'm the CTO and co-founder of UniqLearn, an AI-powered K-12 platform serving more than 14 school districts across 10 U.S. states.
I build autonomous engineering systems. Alvibe (also called VCOS, or Vibe Coding OS) is the pipeline I designed to ship production software at the pace of a full engineering team while operating as a solo CTO. Most of what I write here will be honest case studies on how these systems are built, what works, and where they break.
My background is in physics. I hold a master's degree from Bilkent University and spent years as an AI consultant, including time as an Expert-Vetted engineer on Upwork. I'm currently focused on three things: UniqLearn (education), Alvibe (autonomous engineering), and an optometry platform (healthcare).
